These terms govern use of Grant County Inmate Population. Anyone who does not agree with them should not use the site.

Grant County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not connected to Grant County, the Grant County Sheriff's Office, Grant County Jail, any court, or any corrections department. The site and its advertising partners do not provide consumer reports, background checks, or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance, or similar decisions.


What the Site Provides

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official records, confirm custody, release anyone from jail, accept filings, or act for any government office.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Grant County and Washington inmate, jail roster, public records, court, state DOC, federal, and immigration custody resources, along with third-party research tools.


Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
